Our annual survey shows that one of the things you like about the eLearning Alliance are the opportunities to share experiences and to help one another with issues which arise in our everyday work.

Many of the events we run are set in a formal environment where you can learn from experts from across our community, but we also recognise that a great deal of learning comes from the informal discussions that takes place at these events.

So with this in mind, we're looking to develop the idea of “Blether Sessions” at our Learning Essentials Conference on 31st October.

We are scheduling our “Blether Sessions” in to the natural breaks which occur during the day, and we hope that if you let us know of any e-learning issues you have, then we can connect you up with some of the other delegates who may be able to offer some advice or ideas.

There will still be the usual networking during coffee and lunch breaks, but we hope that if you have something specific you need help with, then a “Blether Session” might give us all an opportunity to create a bit more value from the day.

So, if you have an e-learning issue that's troubling you, or need a different perspective on a topic, or you're looking for a new idea, let us know what it is, and we'll try to link you with other delegates at Learning Essentials who can possibly offer some help.
