Jisc are looking to introduce a new service agreement for institutional use of their Learning Analytics Service, and they are inviting users to review the agreement and provide feedback.

Jiscs' aim is that this new agreement will replace the existing Data Processing Agreement from August 2017.

The period of consultation runs from June 27 to July 11 and they will use it to gather feedback as well as explain some of the changes as well as outlining how Jisc will work with third party vendors.

You can download a copy of the draft service agreement here. Changes include security, charges, liability, notification of personal data breaches & termination and deletion of data.

Jisc will be running a webinar on July 11 to discuss comments and feedback - details will be available here.
